La Chinata Sea Salt is harvested evaporating clean seawater and does not receive any processing, leaving intact the minerals of the water it came from. These minerals flavour and colour the salt slightly. For use in the kitchen, just take a pinch of salt and gently grind the crystals between your fingers to obtain the right size. The crystals dissolve easily when used for salads or soups and sauces.
