FAQs

How can I purchase your products?                                                                          Click on "Shop Online" in the top menu to select your items and pay securely with your credit card or PayPal account.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all States and Territories in Australia.  We do not provide international shipping at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, orders will be dispatched within two business days of the order being placed.  We use Australia Post regular parcel delivery, so delivery times will depend on the Australia Post service. 

Do I need to be at the delivery address to sign for my order?
Unless specifically requested, no signature is required upon delivery.  However it will be at the discretion of the delivery service provider as to whether goods can be safely left at the delivery address (e.g. at the front door out of the elements).  If you are not home to accept an order, a calling card may be left for you to collect your items from your local Post Office.

Can I pick up my order from your Warehouse?
During non-peak periods (excluding e.g. Christmas), you can select to pick up your goods during the checkout process .  We will contact you to arrange a suitable time. Please note that pick up is available only on weekdays and by appointment only.

Do you sell wholesale?
