Garcima

In 1920 Antonio García Montoro, a craftsman of farming and cutting tools, began working tirelessly to be able to support his family. They would continue with the tradition and expand their activity to the manufacture of forging tripods, tongs and trowels.

In 1940 Enrique A. García Martí continued with his father's workshop and began to make the first artisanal paellas. The shortage of raw materials was one of the worst obstacles to overcome in these years. A piece could be made from any scrap of iron, which was the great virtue of the artisan blacksmith. Encarnación Campos, wife of Enrique, sells this beautiful craft together with other goods at a stall in the Central Market of Valencia.

In 1979, the company was given its name and founded Garcima, SLD. The company began to focus on consolidation and opening up export markets.

Those values of work and daily effort in the artisan workshop continue to move Garcima today. At the side of their clients, offering them products of the highest quality that meet their needs; collaborating with suppliers to be more efficient and grateful to the family that forms their work team. They continue to write their history from a house in a small town where art, technology and tradition take shape. Happy Paellas!
